Your Paramedic Coach

I’ve spent six years in EMS and tutored hundreds of EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic students — I know exactly where the NREMT trips people up, because I’ve watched it happen over and over.

Same test, same trap — over and over

Semester after semester, Brennan saw the same thing: students who knew their material cold would sit down for the NREMT and miss questions they should have gotten right. It was never a knowledge problem. It was that nobody had taught them how to read a National Registry question — how to spot the “most correct” answer among several that all sound plausible.

Once a student learns to break the question down the same way every time — read the stem, follow the order of operations on their skills sheet, eliminate distractors systematically — the exam stops feeling like a trap. That shift is what Brennan coaches in every session.

Where Brennan comes from

Brennan’s first two years in EMS were spent as an EMT with a fire department. Since then he’s worked as a Paramedic for a fire department and a private ambulance company, and he’s assisted in proctoring National Registry EMT and Paramedic practical exams and taught BLS, ACLS, and PALS in the classroom for over two years.

Tutoring started as a part-time way to make extra income, but it turned into a mission. There are a tremendous number of EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic students struggling to pass accelerated or online courses, and many more who pass their class but can’t yet answer NREMT-style questions. Brennan has spent thousands of hours helping students close exactly that gap.

How Brennan tutors — and what to expect

Every session runs the same play Brennan has taught hundreds of students: find the gaps, fix them, and learn to decode the questions. No firehose of facts — you go after exactly what’s holding your score back.

1

Find the gaps

Sessions start from your NREMT Tutoring diagnostic, so your weakest categories are clear before you even meet.

2

Decode the questions

You take confusing exam-style questions apart together until you can connect what you know to what's being asked.

3

Build to exam day

You leave each session knowing exactly what to drill next, so progress compounds week over week.
